At Fair View Drive 09, we developed part of an apartment building with large-format planning and a strong contemporary character. The design includes a deck and responds to a unique plot shape through spacious planning and a strong indoor-outdoor relationship. A modern façade and overall sense of openness define the project’s architectural identity.
