Co-Founder, Architect & Town Planner
Jaswanth Rai Agarwal (Late)
An alumnus of SPA Delhi and Harvard University, Jaswant Rai Agarwal was a renowned architect and town planner whose career spanned continents and disciplines. As Head of the Department of Landscape at SPA Delhi, and visiting faculty at premier architecture institutions across India, he mentored generations of architects. His professional practice included government work in Saudi Arabia and a wide array of landscape, residential, and industrial projects across India. A passionate writer and thinker, he contributed several essays on architectural education and the cultural importance of landscape design. Jaswant co-founded Space N Form with his son, shaping the firm's intellectual foundation and design ethos.
Co-Founder & Principal Architect
Rajiv Agarwal
A graduate of SPA Delhi, Rajiv completed his Master’s in Architecture at Georgia Tech, USA, followed by several years of professional experience in the United States. Upon returning to India, he began an independent architectural practice before co-founding Space N Form. Rajiv’s leadership has guided SNF’s transition from design consultancy to a full-fledged architecture + construction + development firm. His approach blends international perspective with grounded sensibility, ensuring every SNF home meets the highest standards of aesthetics, function, and build quality.

Punam Agarwal
A Chartered Accountant by profession, Punam Agarwal has been with Space N Form since its inception, playing a pivotal role in the firm’s operational and financial growth. A graduate of GNDU Amritsar (B.Com), she pursued her CA and LLB simultaneously, bringing a rare mix of financial acumen and legal clarity to the company. As CFO, she oversees financial strategy, compliance, and internal systems — establishing key processes that have supported SNF’s scale, transparency, and professionalism.

Ishan Agarwal
With a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from Sushant School of Art and Architecture (2023), Ishan Agarwal brings a thoughtful, next-generation perspective to SNF’s design philosophy. Deeply influenced by how architecture shapes lived experience, Ishan combines a respect for tradition with a forward-thinking design approach. His focus is on creating spaces that are aesthetically refined, highly functional, and environmentally responsible, resonating with the evolving lifestyles of SNF’s discerning clientele.
